S'mores Ice Cream Sundae Recipe
S'mores Ice Cream Sundae is a tasty treat made from vanilla ice cream topped with your favorite snacks which includes marshmallows, grahams crackers, chocolate syrup and some cream. All of this makes it a delicious and heavenly dessert.

- For Ice Cream Sundae:
3 small scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers
1 graham cracker for garnish
6 mini marshmallows (toasted)
Whipped Topping
- For Vanilla Ice Cream:
¾ cup white sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 ¼ cups milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
- For Vanilla Ice Cream:
Stir sugar, cream, and milk into a saucepan over low heat until sugar has dissolved. Heat just until mix is hot and a small ring of foam appears around the edge.
Transfer cream mixture to a pourable container such as a large measuring cup. Stir in vanilla extract and chill mix thoroughly, at least 2 hours. (Overnight is best.)
Pour cold ice cream mix into an ice cream maker, turn on the machine, and churn according to manufacturer's directions, 20 to 25 minutes.
When ice cream is softly frozen, place a piece of plastic wrap directly on the ice cream and place in freezer to ripen, 2 to 3 hours.
- For Ice Cream Sundae:
Place a few graham crackers into a food processor and blend until crushed.
Toast the mini marshmallows. I did this by placing a few marshmallows onto the end of a skewer and placing over the fire until browned. Let the marshmallows cool for a minute before removing.
Scoop the vanilla Ice Cream into a bowl.
Add chocolate syrup.
Add a dollop of Whipped Topping.
Top with the toasted marshmallows and some graham cracker crumbles.
Garnish with a graham cracker.
