Homemade Kulfa Ice Cream Recipe
Kulfa Ice Cream is an Indian famous dessert made from condensed milk, pistas and more. The method of making it is simple First you cook thickened milk with required ingredients in it. Then add pistas and other dry fruits in it, and finally freeze it.

Milk 1.14 lb
Crushed almonds 4-5 tablespoon
Cardamom powder or whole cardamom 3-4
Sugar 3 tablespoon
Crushed pistachio 1 tablespoon
Whipping Cream 1 cup
Kulfa essence 3-4 drops
Chopped almonds and pistachios as required for garnishing
Directions
In a pan add milk, sugar, cardamom and let it boil on medium flame.
Let the milk boil then add crushed almonds and pistachios in it.
Cook the milk to reduce it and thick it while stirring continuously.
Turn off the flame and take out the milk in a bowl. Let the milk cool down completely.
Now in a chilled bowl add chilled heavy cream.
Beat the cream till stiff peak forms.
Add kulfa essence and mix well.
Then add the prepared thick milk in it and mix well.
Put the ice cream in the container, top with a butter paper and seal the lid.
Chill the ice cream in freezer for 12 hours at least.
Serve and garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios.
