Easy Oreo Ice Cream Cake Recipe
Oreo Ice Cream Cake is a sweet and creamy ice cream cake made from crispy and creamy Oreo cookies. The hot fudge topped with cookie and cream ice cream and Oreo cookies makes this heavenly treat. It's simple to make as long as you have all the ingredients.

- For Ice Cream Cake:
1 pkg crushed Oreos
1/4 cup melted butter
15 scoops of cookies and cream ice cream (softened)
10 Oz hot fudge
8 Oz whipped topping
- For Cookie and Cream Ice Cream:
1 cups whole milk, very cold
3/4 cups granulated sugar
2 cups heavy cream, very cold
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup coarsely chopped Oreos (or any brand chocolate sandwich cookies)
Directions
- For Cookie and Cream Ice Cream
In a cold bowl, whisk together milk and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Stir in heavy cream and vanilla.
Pour mixture into ice cream maker’s freezer bowl. Let it churn for about 20 minutes (or according to your machine’s manufacturer instructions.)
Add in the chopped Oreos and keep churning for another 5-10 minutes or until mixture is thick and creamy. If your machine’s instructions vary for add-ins, please follow those instructions instead.
Use rubber spatula to transfer ice cream to a freezable container. Cover airtight and place in freezer about 2 hours to set up firmly.
- For Oreo Ice Cream Cake:
Add crushed cookie crumbs to a bowl reserving ½ cup for the top. Add butter and mix well. Press into a greased 9x13 pan.
Spread softened ice cream over crust and freeze for 2 hours.
Drizzle warm fudge over ice cream and freeze for 1 hour.
Add whipped topping and sprinkle with reserve Oreos and freeze for 2 hours. Remove from freezer and let it set out for 15 minutes before serving.
