Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream Sundae is a tasty ice cream sundae made from vanilla ice cream and peanut butter and topped with peanuts, hot fudge and peanut butter cups. It is very easy to make if you have all the ingredients.

- For Vanilla Ice Cream:
¾ cup white sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 ¼ cups milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- For Ice Cream Sundae:
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. hot fudge
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (either full size chopped or minis)

Directions
- For Vanilla Ice Cream:
Stir sugar, cream, and milk into a saucepan over low heat until sugar has dissolved. Heat just until mix is hot and a small ring of foam appears around the edge.
Transfer cream mixture to a pourable container such as a large measuring cup. Stir in vanilla extract and chill mix thoroughly, at least 2 hours. (Overnight is best.)
Pour cold ice cream mix into an ice cream maker, turn on the machine, and churn according to manufacturer's directions, 20 to 25 minutes.
When ice cream is softly frozen, place a piece of plastic wrap directly on the ice cream and place in freezer to ripen, 2 to 3 hours.
- For Ice Cream Sundae:
Create a bed of peanut butter with in the bottom of a sundae bowl. Top with vanilla ice cream.
Pour hot fudge over the top and cover with the peanut butter cups.
Top the entire sundae with whipped cream and a peanut butter cup garnish.
