The Fruits in ice cream is a brand under the Philippine-based company The Food People and was founded in 1997 to churn ice cream with the most authentic natural flavors. Since then, the shop has expanded to ship its ice creams and desserts nationally and internationally. The ice cream brand is trendy for its year-round flavors and exotic tastes. Our review is quite positive!
Tasty Ice Cream is here with our Fruits in ice cream review to help to decide whether or not you want to give their scops a try. The company imports its dairy products from farms in New Zealand and Australia, so you can be assured that they will be of premium quality. No dairy substitutes or Vegetable fats are used, and there are actual bits of fruits mixed in with every scoop.
Flavors
Sounds delicious. Well, the actual thing is even better. There was such a wide variety to try from that it was difficult to choose only one or two flavors, so we tried a bunch of them, and here is what we thought about these goodies.
We loved this ice cream brand because they had so many variations of the same classic flavors, all with a delicious twist. For instance, the avocado flavor may sound plain, but there were a bunch of avocado flavors, and we were curious to find out what made them so different. The Classic Avacado flavor is ingenious with its silky smooth and creamy texture and just the right amount of sweetness that does not hide the taste of the fresh avocados. Every spoonful melted in the mouth, and we couldn’t help wanting for more. The Avacado1 flavor, it turns out, is a healthier twist on the classic avocado flavor. The brand was able to replicate the same delicious flavor while reducing the number of calories and the amount of fat content.
Blueberry is a complex flavor to get right without becoming too sweet. The ice cream has bits of blueberries amalgamated into the ice cream, and the texture is so creamy and soft that we couldn’t get enough of it. The ice cream had a citrusy tint to it, and it was one of the best blueberry ice creams we had the pleasure of tasting in our Fruits in ice cream review. Each half a cup serving had about 155 calories and a total of 2g grams of proteins. It has a total fat content of 5 grams and 48 milligrams of sodium. All in all, we would give it a thumbs up and recommend you to try it out too.
Coconut flavor ice cream isn’t the best flavor out there, but somehow, Fruits in ice cream made even the coconut ice cream taste divine. The Macapuno flavor was silky smooth, rich, and a little sweet, and the coconut flavor burst out beautifully in every bite.
Now, for our personal favorite, the Rasberry Rupture was to die for. The ice cream was full of sour and sweet raspberries mixed in chocolate syrup. The sweet and tart flavors were mixed so well that they had us licking our spoons during our Fruits in ice cream review. The cream was soft and smooth, and the texture was simply beautiful. It was hands down the best ice cream available in the shop.
The Verdict
There were a bunch of other unique flavors we found in our Fruits in ice cream review. For instance, the Classic Strawberry flavor had vanilla and fruity textures infused, with syrup drizzled all over to give it that extra sweet punch. The Tsoko PiniPig is not a flavor you might be able to find anywhere else, with freshly pounded rice incorporated into the cream to give such a rich and flavorful ice cream that you might find yourself surprised.
